Ginger Cinnamon Tea
½ teaspoon of ginger
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon of honey (optional)
1 pinch of salt
1 capsule of Cramp Whisperer

Boil slices of ginger, cinnamon, honey, and a pinch of salt for 4 – 6 minutes. Add in capsule while still hot. Drink twice a day for best results.
