Keep Your Immune System Strong With Turmeric Tea

Golden Turmeric Tea Recipe
- 2 cups of milk (Try almond milk or coconut milk!)
- 1 tsp turmeric or turmeric spice mix
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- One pinch of black pepper (increases absorption)
- A small peeled ginger root or 1/4 tsp ginger powder

- One pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 tsp raw honey or agave
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth. Pour contents into a small saucepan and heat for 3-5 minutes over medium heat until hot, but not boiling. Serve and drink immediately.
